15.1 Informal Resolution

15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights, breaches of confidentiality obligations, or any other harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate.

15.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of such court, provided the matter remains in small claims court and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.

16. Term and Termination

Orders affected by a Force Majeure Event may be cancelled, and we will make good-faith efforts to offer appropriate remedies such as refunds or rescheduling where possible.
